PROLUBE TRANSAX 85W140 GL5 Gear Oil

PRODUCT

Prolube Transax 85W140 gear oil is blended to the GL5 classification and is used in the gearboxes and differentials of the majority of road vehicles. Transax 85W140 meets the requirements of nearly all medium and heavy trucks. It has excellent extreme pressure properties and provides excellent protection against wear, corrosion and oxidation.

APPLICATION

TRANSAX 85W140 gear oil is designed for manual gearboxes, transfer cases and differentials in heavier vehicles where 85W140 or SAE 140 gear oils are specified. Transax 85W140 is also used in gearboxes and differentials of many offroad vehicles and heavily loaded machinery.

STANDARDS

Meets or exceeds the following:

  • SAE Grade: 85W140.
  • API: GL5, MT-1
  • MACK: GO-J
  • MIL-PRF-2105E
  • SAE J2360
